If you're coming from Vancouver, board the BC Ferry at Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver for a scenic 40-minute ferry ride to Langdale on the Sushine Coast. Follow the signs to Highway 101. You'll pass through Gibsons and continue your drive up the Coast to Sechelt (approx 16 miles/25km). Halfmoon Bay is another 15 minutes beyond the town of Sechelt. Continue along (passing the turn off to "Halfmoon Bay General Store") about another 5 minutes and turn left at San Souci Road where there is a sign for “Latitude 49” and “Bucaneer Marina”. Stay left and then take the next left which is Riley Road (but is not marked by a road sign.) You'll see the sign "Secret Cove Cottage" at the end of this road where the pavement ends.
